This affordable lodging is close to Instituto Allende and Mercado Sano and not far from El Jardin.
The house has a residential feeling and I enjoyed coming back to it. Conveniently located near Instituto Allende, Mercado Sano, pharmacies, an art supply store (Zona de Papel inside the Posada Aldea compound with an aesthetic salon that offers great foot massage,) a computer repair shop (that offers computer usage by the hour,) it is not far from El Jardin and the main church. The bunk bed was not too soft nor hard.
The breakfast was good but it would be better if it can be prepared in advance for self-service so that guests can eat even when they need to leave early. The church bell rings relentlessly every half hour and kept me awake the first night, but you do get used to it, so not a deal breaker.

Very Beautiful House
the host was very nice, she doesn't speak English but she tries hard to help you, she provided a map for me for the city, I was alone in this big beautiful house, and the location is very good, it's near from the old town.
the host is not available all the time, I just saw her two times during my stay, even when I left she wasn't there to take the key from me, also the breakfast is very basic (fruits, coffee, and Crowson

Awesome
Situated near a local church so lots of activity but less tourists, and an easy walk into historic centre. Clean sheets daily.
A little tricky to spot the entrance. Only one bathroom. Pillows must have got swapped around the beds and one night it seemed to be just a bag of fluff!

Good
Really nice room. Great shower. But there are a lot of noise.
Really bad breakfast. This is the only thing we didnt like about this B&B. You'll need a 10m walk to go to the center.
